Mission and Vision
UMFST G. E. Palade in Târgu Mureș, an emblematic academic sanctuary for this geographical area, well-known and recognized both nationally and internationally, has been functioning for over six decades. The professions for which our university students are trained involve, above all, the cultivation of innate qualities, which require a series of factors and conditions: skills and knowledge based on study and research activity, commitment and respect for people, humanism, generosity, and tolerance, the latter being a sine qua non condition. of our academic community. The University to Business – U2B UMFST concept is initiated and developed by the Student Entrepreneurial Society – SAS together with the Department of Labor Market Relations – CRPM, through which we aim to emphasize the special attention the university gives to its relationship with the economic environment, through an active approach aimed at creating sustainable partnerships and projects.
The u2b.umfst.ro platform creates an online framework for the centralized and structured access to information related to the university's relations with the economic environment.

JUNIOR BUSINESS ACADEMY Accelerator for the integration into the labor market of new generations of innovative entrepreneur students and graduates
The general objective of the project is to increase the degree of innovation and sustainable use of technological, human, and financial resources in the Central Region by training and integrating students and graduates of higher education into the labor market in the economically competitive sectors identified according to the National Competitiveness Strategy and the fields of smart specialization according to the National Strategy for Research, Development, and Innovation.
