3 noiembrie 2025<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"1024\">Universitatea de Medicin\u0103, Farmacie, \u0218tiin\u021be \u0219i Tehnologie \u201eGeorge Emil Palade\u201d din T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219<\/strong>, \u00een parteneriat cu <strong data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1053\">Bosch Automotive (Blaj)<\/strong>, a organizat ce-a de-a 7-a edi\u021bie a programului de cursuri facultative <strong data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1135\">Bosch Academy<\/strong> \u2013 o ini\u021biativ\u0103 dedicat\u0103 form\u0103rii profesionale \u0219i dezvolt\u0103rii competen\u021belor multidisciplinare ale studen\u021bilor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1541\">Programul s-a adresat tuturor studen\u021bilor de la <strong data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1350\">Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1389\">Faculty of Economics and Law<\/strong>, oferind o perspectiv\u0103 integrat\u0103 asupra modului \u00een care tehnologia, managementul \u0219i procesele industriale se \u00eembin\u0103 \u00een cadrul organiza\u021biilor moderne.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1769\">Pe durata celor dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, participan\u021bii au avut ocazia s\u0103 interac\u021bioneze direct cu speciali\u0219ti Bosch \u0219i s\u0103 descopere concepte actuale legate de automatizare, digitalizare \u0219i leadership, \u00een contexte reale din industrie.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1771\" data-end=\"1801\"><strong data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1799\">Modulele studiate<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1973\">Programul Bosch Academy a inclus o serie de teme complexe \u0219i interdisciplinare, menite s\u0103 le ofere studen\u021bilor o imagine complet\u0103 asupra mediului industrial contemporan:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1974\" data-end=\"2219\">\n<li data-start=\"1974\" data-end=\"1999\">\n<p data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"1999\">Automation Technology;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2043\">\n<p data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2043\">International Leadership and Management;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2044\" data-end=\"2078\">\n<p data-start=\"2046\" data-end=\"2078\">Lean Production and Management;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2079\" data-end=\"2100\">\n<p data-start=\"2081\" data-end=\"2100\">Plant Controlling;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2101\" data-end=\"2125\">\n<p data-start=\"2103\" data-end=\"2125\">Industrial Logistics;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2126\" data-end=\"2145\">\n<p data-start=\"2128\" data-end=\"2145\">Problem Solving;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2146\" data-end=\"2173\">\n<p data-start=\"2148\" data-end=\"2173\">Artificial Intelligence;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2174\" data-end=\"2193\">\n<p data-start=\"2176\" data-end=\"2193\">Human Resources;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2194\" data-end=\"2219\">\n<p data-start=\"2196\" data-end=\"2219\">Industrial Technology.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2221\" data-end=\"2437\">Prin intermediul acestor module, studen\u021bii au dob\u00e2ndit cuno\u0219tin\u021be practice \u0219i au dezvoltat abilit\u0103\u021bi esen\u021biale pentru viitoarea lor carier\u0103, combin\u00e2nd g\u00e2ndirea analitic\u0103 cu cea orientat\u0103 spre inova\u021bie \u0219i eficien\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2439\" data-end=\"2475\"><strong data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2473\">Rezultatele programului<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2747\">La finalul perioadei de formare, <strong data-start=\"2509\" data-end=\"2554\">40 de studen\u021bi au promovat examenul final<\/strong>, ob\u021bin\u00e2nd certificarea Bosch Academy.
