Face to Face with Employers is an annual career event, emblematic of the relationship between UMFST G.E. Palade in T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 and organizations in the labor market.<\/p>\n

With each edition, the event is growing through the constant increase in the areas of study covered and the number of participating employers.<\/p>\n

This development is ensured through organizational effort and the active involvement of an enthusiastic and constantly growing team, formed from the Departments. University to Business \u2013 U2B UMFST<\/strong> and Alumni<\/strong>, on behalf of UMFST G.E. Palade from T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219, in partnership with ESTIEM LG Tg Mure\u0219 Association<\/strong>, ALUMNI UMFST Graduates Association<\/strong>, T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 Student League<\/strong> and Pharmacy Students Association<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The large number of registered employers, namely 54<\/strong>, of which 36 in the fields of engineering, information technology, and philology, 9 in the medical field, 5 in the pharmaceutical field, and 4 in the financial-banking and retail sector, honors us and, at the same time, motivates us for future editions.<\/p>\n

The novelty of this edition was undoubtedly the pilot project. Tech Quizz Marathon<\/strong>, in which over 100 students took up the challenge of searching for the stands of participating companies and completing the technical and soft skills questionnaires prepared by employers in the dedicated online platform, in order to ultimately be awarded by both the employers and the university as part of the FDI project - Student GO PRO<\/strong> through high-performance study programs and professional competencies assessed with representatives of employers through innovative digital models implemented at UMFST - Student GO PRO UMFST – 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The hero of this marathon is our colleague. Alexandru Turc<\/strong> (RCCI UMFST), which in record time designed, developed, and implemented the web application where all activities took place.<\/p>\n

We thank all the employers for their participation, without whom our event would not have been possible and, last but not least, those peste 700 de studen\u021bi<\/strong> participants at all locations, who make us look forward with confidence to future editions.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n

Fa\u021b\u0103 \u00een Fa\u021b\u0103 cu Angajatorii este un eveniment anual de cariere, emblematic pentru rela\u021bia UMFST G.E. Palade din T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 cu organiza\u021biile de pe pia\u021ba muncii.<\/p>

Cu fiecare edi\u021bie, evenimentul se dezvolt\u0103 prin cre\u0219terea constant\u0103 a domeniilor de studii acoperite \u0219i a num\u0103rului de angajatori participan\u021bi.<\/p>

Aceast\u0103 dezvoltare este asigurat\u0103 prin efortul organizatoric \u0219i implicarea activ\u0103 a unei echipe entuziaste, care cre\u0219te constant, formate din Compartimentele University to Business \u2013 U2B UMFST<\/strong> \u0219i Alumni<\/strong>, din partea UMFST G.E. Palade din T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219, \u00een parteneriat cu Asocia\u021bia ESTIEM LG Tg Mure\u0219<\/strong>, Asocia\u021bia Absolven\u021bilor ALUMNI UMFST<\/strong>, Liga Studen\u021bilor T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219<\/strong> \u0219i Asocia\u021bia Studen\u021bilor Farmaci\u0219ti<\/strong>.<\/p>

Num\u0103rul mare de angajatori \u00eenscri\u0219i, respectiv 54<\/strong>, din care 36 \u00een domeniile inginerie, tehnologia informa\u021biei \u0219i filologie, 9 \u00een domeniul medical, 5 \u00een domeniul farmaceutic \u0219i 4 \u00een domeniul financiar-bancar \u0219i retail, ne onoreaz\u0103 \u0219i, \u00een acela\u0219i timp, ne motiveaz\u0103 pentru edi\u021biile viitoare.<\/p>

Elementul de noutate al acestei edi\u021bii l-a constituit, f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eendoial\u0103, proiectul pilot Tech Quizz Marathon<\/strong>, \u00een care peste 100 de studen\u021bi au r\u0103spuns provoc\u0103rii de a c\u0103uta standurile companiilor participante \u0219i a completa, \u00een platforma online dedicat\u0103, chestionarele tehnice \u0219i soft skills preg\u0103tite de angajatori, pentru ca \u00een final s\u0103 fie premia\u021bi at\u00e2t de angajatori, c\u00e2t \u0219i de universitate \u00een cadrul proiectului FDI\u00a0 - Student GO PRO<\/strong> prin programe de studii performante \u0219i\u00a0 competen\u021be profesionale\u00a0 evaluate cu reprezentan\u021bi ai angajatorilor prin modele digitale inovative implementate \u00een UMFST\u00a0- Student GO PRO UMFST - 2024.<\/strong><\/p>

Eroul acestui maraton este colegul nostru Alexandru Turc<\/strong> (RCCI UMFST), care \u00eentr-un timp record, a conceput, realizat \u0219i implementat aplica\u021bia web \u00een care s-a def\u0103\u0219urat toat\u0103 activitatea.<\/p>
